We have issues with Remedy refusing to sent outbound email due to its spam content. The problem is that this error also affects legitimate notices about tickets whose field data sometimes includes spam information. This can cause a group to not be notified about a case assigned to them. A

The error message you are seeing is coming from your mail server, not Remedy. You need to check with your mail administrators what the definition of spam is to determine why it thinks messages from ARS are being treated as such. Mark -Original Message- From: Action Request System

You can go to the email message form and (as a test) maybe create an outgoing message to your email address that has a subject and body that you should go through. Possibly a subject line you've received before with a body that just says 'test'. I would stay away from any links or attachments in

I've not experienced that error, but out of curiosity did you try performing a search against the Computer System or Base Element forms looking for that specific instanceid within the datasetid mentioned? That error indicates more of a potential problem with the CMDB itself than the CI Viewer,

1. You do not pull them in the integration with ADDM will push them to the dataset that is either created with the ADDM integration of if this is the Tideway version you have to create the dataset per the instructions. The servers will be pushed to this dataset snd to the CI type of computer
