Hi Richard,
I doubt that a list is officially available. This is what I know regarding the

Maybe someone could give an info about the ? to complete this list, please?

Hi,
I'm trying to enter into this list since two months ago. And after a couple of
mails from Misi, I got it. I'm in.
A month ago I started to write a blog about Remedy:theremedyforit.com
I'll be very happy if you visit it and make any comment. I'm allways trying to
improve.

Jose
You should be able to do that. However, BMC recommends using the higher
number rather than setting back to already used numbers. See the knowledge
article from BMC

If the community would like a persistent location for this, so it wouldn't need
to be reposted, I'd suggest considering making it a document on the BMC
Developer Network.

You can must sync up your AR System Currency data between the systems

Listers,
We have our new 7.6.04 system up and running and will be going live
soon. We have all of our data moved over and I am setting the next
id's.
I have set the nextid for change, incident, problem, Know error,
Knowledge Database. Is there any other places that I need to set the
nextid.
There is also a form for each object such as Incident, Change, Problem Task
that is called HPD:CFG Ticket Num Generator, for Incident that sets the visible
number separately from the Request ID. Yes you need to do task as well.

For task, you would need to update arschema table for TMS:task enrty. Look
at page 334 in BMC Remedy Action Request System 7.6.04 Configuration
Guide. It provides the details about changing NEXT ID

I have updated all of the Ticket Num Generator for change, inc and
problem. Mainly wanted to find out if there was anything outside of
there that needed to be updated.
Also I just looked and could not find a TMS:task entry.
Thank you for your help.
On Jan 9, 1:56 pm, Wirasat Siddiqi
You would need to find out NextID for TMS:Task from arschema table. For
example, you would run
select name, nextId from arschema where name like ?TMS:Task%?
Then, run the update query from the database .
update arschema
set nextId = Put your value here
where name = ?TMS_Task?
Thanks,
Wirasat
I finally got this to work.
After added all the servers to out Mid-Tier Config page. I am able to hit each
testing server with a unique URL. No need for special jsp pages or index.html
redirectors, etc.
Instead of using the url format
ARSERVERNAME for TESTSERVER
Did you move your Application Configuration data? Should probably look in the
CTM area - people records, user records, support groups. If you use templates,
I'd also check that out. Basically anything you're moving over should be
checked.

Depends what you mean by Data Dictionary:
ERD? No, and if they had one it would be VERY large. It's been requested over
and over by almost every customer I've worked with. Reality is there isn't one
and it would be so complex it would likely be out of date by the time you
finished it.

We are currently working on an ARSmarts Data Manager module. It
will not "replace" the User Tool, but it will offer useful
functionalities:

fields are column, the records are lines)

Yes, Currency types you wish to use should be placed in the Right-hand tables
(Highlight in the Left hand table and click the appropriate Add button).
The Left-hand tables are basically available types. The Right-hand tables are
actively used values.
