This may sound stupid, but I have tried everything I know. Does anyone
know how to remove the Approval Central and the Overview Console links
from this home page? I have removed them from the entry mode, but they
still show up anyway.

click through the entries and the contents display below directly on the
Problem Investigation form (No Popup at all), but on the version you are on you

refreshes to show all the workinfo entries of the incidient ticket.

as we ran into the same issue. i ended up installing the clients on
my laptop and connecting via IP to the client tool and dev studio ...

I have one table (WorkInfo) in the form.
When we click the table row pop window shows all the info of that row.
For next row info I need to close the popup and click on the next row
of the table row so pop up window shows all the info of next row.

Sagar, not sure what version you are on, but most of the newer versions have a
"history" button above the work detail table (on the Problem Investigation
form) allowing you to view all work detail entries in a long running text field
together. Is this what you are looking for? Nate.

The read only table - talk with Dba. However, you can use guardium/Sim to watch

Before you rotate your logs, you could always remove the AIE rows I guess,
and then get a usable logfile for anything but checking AIE session
activity.
