Approval Chain with a single level and occasionally Designated Person Approval.

If this is the best way to export the service – I am just concerned it will
interfere with the functionality of the system. I know services cannot be
deleted.
I thought there was another method though(i.e. running a reconciliation job
where a parameter = services).
Trying to get ideas.
So if I understand this correctly, the reconciliation job should have this

I'm in the process of going from a custom form based ARS 6.3 to the OOB ITSM
7.6 suite. The Change Management Risk Assessment , Risk Level - 1, -2, etc is
not very user friendly so I was thinking I would make that field read only and
force the user to answer the Risk Assessment
QQ: do you need this data outside of remedy cause you can just run a SQL line
count and put in a file on server? Vice calling from outside for the data? Just

The driver-program should work fine with the ARGetListEntry()-api-call.
The important thing here is to minimize the impact on the target if you
have millions of records. That is why I specify one Query List Field where
I only return one byte.
Secondly I specify 1 as max entries returned.
I would develop the required code at the custom form.
