To your point... I turn off all emails from BMC Communities however I would likely add a "stream" for ARSlist that does email me (each post/reply) and update my email rules to put it in my ARSlist bucket like I have been doing for the last +10 years. My ARSlist flow would basically stay the same.

My personal opinion of Communities (and opinions will vary) is that it is has some very good info in it -- but more often than not when I search, the results are *mostly* useless. There's a lot of chaff to winnow through before you can get to the good grain. And it could just be my bad luck
