Try the OTB 'AR System Email Messages' form of ITSM7.
You will have to use the Email Engine for this.

No. Actually it is a helpdesk form from Version 4.
However, I brought the def file seperately and just sending the data
from the same form on production to the same form on development.
The form is supposed to be an archive of old data on new system.
