Basic rules for this combination: Run the UT in XP Compatibility mode. And while you can use the UT for *AR System* 7.6 functions (like administration), it is NOT supported for *ITSM *7.6 functions. Yeah, they kinda snuck that one in on us, but it is what it is. Consoles don't load right (if
