Hi: I have created a form where users make requests and when they hit
the submit button, instead of popping up confirmation in a new window, I
want to show confirmation with details from the request in the current
window. Is this possible?

I have done this by concatenating all the groups and/or users (from child
incidents and tasks) to a character field and passing this to a TO field for
the notification along with some data to another form where a filter fires on
submit and notifes the group(s) and/or user(s) in the TO field.

You can do that too But you likely need two new groups to do it.
Create two new groups, that we can call these two names:
Floating_2
and
Floating_8
Set each group to have access to the right number of licenses.
Then...
For the people who should only get to use the Floating_2

New Atlanta - I'm having the server admin check for log
AR Email Error log last entry is 13 December. I do not have the error but
it pertains to a lost Host ID which was corrected on 16 December.
I just found out that Microsoft patches were applied 16 December.
