Has anyone had any issues with the Remedy alert not popping up messages
on the Remedy client, It works on the laptop but is not working in the
desktops

your machine and does not work from the server
Import.exe working on the windows side, here is the command, but when I
try it on the server side it does not work.
The arimportcmd.exe did not work on the windows side
For future reference, I was having trouble using importcmd.exe from the
server and I found the problem I was having.
The import tool, under file, preferences, Desktop tab. The ar path, was
pointing to .arcmds. I changed that to path f:\program files\ar
system\home\arcmds
arimportcmd.exe -u

I have tried to set up a flag and set it with an escalation so it can
modify the form, to trigger the filter on modify and it does not work,

No qualification on the filter; it is just on modify. I set the
display-only field to $date$ for no particular reason other than that it
triggers the on modify filter :-).
