You should be able to right-click on the file you want to save, and pick the
appropriate thing from the menu. I'm not a Windows person so I can't help you
with software suggestions. But at least this will get the image saved to your
computer. Be sure to note where it goes. :)

I do not put any name if they are incognito. If you want you can add a note
that parents were unknown.
