Many of the stations in taping radio will not play and it seems to be a
buffering problem because when I use the jaws cursor I am told that buffering
is 0 percent; sometimes the station will play for a minute or two then quit.

I don't know if this will work for you because I'm using xp but you can try
it; hit the keystroke control,shift,v; open local folders and use your arrow
keys to find the folder you've created; when you find the folder hit enter
and your message will move there. Let me know if it worked for you.
