My client is concerned with the requirement of needing a global admin
account. Is this only for setup or is it used like a service account?
Documentation eludes to the fact it's only for setup but it isn't clear to

Not a security or a firewall guy so please bear with me.
We've opened up the ports as advised in this:

Hey all,
Wondering if anyone has done expressway c&e with multiple clusters. Am I
correct to assume it's a 1:1 relationship (1 C&E to 1 CUCM cluster) or is
there a way to use 1 C&E with multiple CUCM clusters?
Thanks in advance!

That's what we did to make sure everything was good with their contracts
contained the right licenses. Then go through the pre-upgrade process to
verify then the post upgrade goes pretty fast.
5 calendar days, three of which were weekend and holiday, for my last
upgrade.

There is a bug that was opened on 12/30 regarding the fresh install with

Happy new year all.
I have a couple questions about CCX and outbound IVR.
First, is there a way to automate the upload of the csv file for the
campaign or is it all manual?
Second, is there a way to pul data from a web service in a CCX script
without using custom java? or example, the dialer di

I have one phone, a 7962 with 1 7915 - 24 button (*SCCP42.9-3-1SR3-1S for
the phone and *
*B015-1-0-4-2 for the 7915) where one line is set to none for MWI but it
still shows the flashing icon. I've removed and added the line, checked
the database across all nodes and it is the appropriate value.*
It was read receipts enabled.

I know I've fixed this particular issue before but I can't seem to find
where I did it.
I have one mailbox in Connection 8.6 that shows 9 messages in the Admin
interface but at the user's phone it only tells us there are 8 saved
messages.
Any hints would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks!

I never had a license take longer than 24 hours for 8.x to 9.x but
apparently those days are gone with 10.x

All,
Quick question about licensing for CUCM/UCONN
Going from 8.6 to10.5 I should be able to run the license count tool and
submit to licensing along with a contract number, correct? Is there
usually a long turn around time or is it still a day or less?
Thanks!
