Good evening all, I am using CUCM 12.5, and all of our users are signing into their desk phones with extension mobility. When the users dial outbound we are sending a standard CLI, which is set via a calling party transform mask. I now have a need to send a different outbound CLI, based on

Afternoon all, I have been asked if it is possible to have a different ring tone on a Cisco 8851 when a specific CLI calls it? (so not the selected ring tone) We are using CUCM 12.5 I personally I have never heard of this, but I though I'd ask. Thanks allot James Consider the environment -

Good morning all, Is it possible to get Finesse data over a period of time, for the team and for individuals. EG Is it possible to see for an operator, over say a week or a month, where we can see login info, and when they move from state-to-state, as below?
