we upgraded from UCCx 8.5 to 10.6. in 8.5 you could setup the CAD client
to NOT take the focus on the screen.
Now, no matter what we try, the CAD client always takes focus as soon as
the phone rings. Anyone know how to change that?
TIA

Has anyone seen Error 23 on a extension Mobility login in CM 10.5.2? We
are AD LDAP integrated.
I can't figure out what the issue is. I've reset the phone. removed Extmob
and re-enabled it.
Any help would be appreciated.

Does anyone have a simple SIP SRST config they can share? What is the

Does anyone have CAD and Finesse running at the same time? Can you? We
have seen documentation that you can only run one or the other. But I seem
to remember that someone said in 10.6 you can run both.
Anyone able to confirm or deny?
TIA

Now I'm on VM CM 10.5 and the OVA came with a 80 gig drive.
Now I'm bouncing at my 90% used common partition.
is this normal? is this a bug? is it that i'm using a 80 gig drive.

It's not just you. we were hitting the hunt group disconnect with
Extension Mobility. All users were logged out and it would disconnect also.
we got an ES (10.5.2.13038-1) and that seems to have fixed the hunt group
log out disconnect issue.

Our experience is NO. After Begging and telling them we were going to
upgrade they did get us a Temp license but it was only good for 365 days.
They said the EoS stands. you have to upgrade.
YMMV

I have 8861 phone running both 10.3.1 and 11.0.1. Both phone loads after
logging into or out of extension Mobility leave the application windows on
the screen. Is this a configuration issue? I don't see a bug ID for it.
But users are tired of hitting the exit button
