Yes I got sheaves from Zepherworks, custom sizes and they work flawlessly.
Replaced 1 main, 2 jib halyards with XLS.
A great upgrade and no work frayed wire punctures in any body parts.

As I changed from wire/rope to MLX dyneema I didn’t want the wire groove to
(maybe) damage the new ones.
They shipped new sheaves around in a week, and they fitted

I have wondered for a while on how to do the alignment without major cupboard
removals to check the coupling.
You solved it.
This has been my major reason to stall on getting a folding prop.

the masthead sheaves.
I did. Sheaves from Zephyr. Amazing service and what a quality product. They
came with a bronze bushing and fitted perfectly. If you need dimensions, let

Berth, just Aft of the water tank, Port side.
The knotmeter throughull is right next to it.
Its very tricky reaching in there, unless you have super skinny arms, twice the
normal length.

Removed all the rod and shipped it to South Shore yacht in Ontario.
They inspected everything and replaced backstay, uppers, all turnbuckle males,
and all tangs.
Reheaded the rest.

both ways, tacked once. Beautiful day, steady 15-20.

Winterizing is simple really.
1. Buy a big jug of plumbers antifreeze. Pink stuff. Local Hardware
store. Don’t need to buy “Marine$$” grade.
2. Disconnect the sea suction hose at the through hull and stick the hose
in the jug.

2 Jib and one Main, are identical
4 OD, ½ ID, 9/16 wide, with Oilite bushing.
Rope size is 7/16
There is a number 523318 stamped on them, in case that is a help. I googled
my brains out with that number, but came up empty.
