Park in small lot off Kenyon adjacent to Fort Logan National Cemetary. Travel
100 feet on path that is East of uppermost pond, the bird is working the area
East of path under a huge Willow. The creature feeds low. 6-7 feet above
ground. Please get a photo.

BirdTrax did not report my Palm Warbler (Western) from Bear Creek Park, Denver
county on 10/25/15. It was on the list and I simply put 1 in the box verifying
the species recognition. It did not come up as rare. This was my first record
of this bird in Denver county.

Bird came in to feeder at 1:49PM gave a few second view then hid out in
Chokecherry to the west of feeder pole next to the building, all present were
able to get decent views of the bird. At 2:13 PM bird bird presented on feeder
pole baffle for a few seconds then flew off to the south.

The filler that is used in grocery store birdseed mixes that birds reject is
milo not red millet.

The birds preference is the white millet provided in the various seed mixes
available. By my study yesterday no natural food source is attracting the bird.

Thank you. In poor light a Lincoln's Sparrow is an easily confused species with
Swamp and green leaves can reflect green and yellow. The proposed Cassin's
Vireo is a prime example of this.

Extreme migration/dispersal. On 9/16 I observed 100,000+ combined at Centennial
park, Harriman lake park and Belmar park. At one point at Centennial in a field
of 10,000+ 50+ were on me, all clothing covered, boots, pants, shirt, arms,
hat...

Hello,
This afternoon 2:45PM-4:30PM, 30F at start 28F at finish, cloudy, light snow.
80+ Tree, 8 Violet-green, 3 Barn and 1 Northern Rough. Birds were working
shoreline around pond, excellent views. The Swallows have returned.
