Hi,
I just realized that I made an error in my last message.
I'll replace the chocolate chips with vanilla.

These sound amazing!
I saved the recipe, and hope to make them soon, substituting vanilla chips for
the chocolate ones, since I'm allergic to chocolate.

PINTO BEAN SOUP
RICE KRISPIES PEANUT BUTTER BALLS
2 c. peanut butter
1 stick butter, melted
1 (1 lb.) powdered sugar
3 c. Rice Krispies
1 lb. chocolate, melted (suggested Nestle's semi-sweet chocolate bits)
Mix first 4 ingredients; roll into balls; dip into chocolate. Enjoy.
This would be a lot more useful if it included some recipes. Anyone got any
for the substitutes suggested?

Forgive me, but I am taking the liberty of sending this again. I found it
interesting but difficult to read in its original format so fixed it for
myself and thought my adjustments might help others. If not, you know where

Larry, glad your chicken turned out well.A mallet is a great way to pound
chicken; another method is to slice the breasts into cutlets. This is most
easily done when the meat is still slightly frozen.

Hi, all.
Last week I wrote asking for ideas for making slow cooker pork chops. I
read recipes on this list and did some web searching. I decided to try
one of Helen's recipes that used cream of chicken soup and Ranch
dressing mix. And that's when my fun started. LOL

Hi,
The chicken with added seasonings and lemon juice was very good.
The breasts were very thick. I don't have a
mallet but I will buy one to flatten them a bit.
Thank you all for your terrific suggestions.

If anyone has some uses for a bag of dry pinto beans, that would be great.
