1) Flex desks provide the most opportunity for revenue (more members per desk)
2) The space itself can be used for events, etc, more easily without displacing
full time members
3) People don't get as territorial with flex desks, other than preferring a
certain desk on days they are in.

Regarding Medical Government:
I've spent time with people from both of these industries, with mixed results,
talking about how they can benefit from coworking. One of my common selling
points is to urge them to look for the admin days in their schedule and make
them happen from Indy Hall.

A bit of context, from my side:
I don't have anything against free Coworking. Coworking is an activity that
doesn't require a specific place to do it. You can't own it, or sell it. All
you can do is build a business around providing a great experience to do it.
Indy Hall and many of the
renovated and the interest has been great. The
biggest lesson that Alex Hillman (his coworking class rocked) is to build the
community first and the space will follow. That is exactly what we have been
doing over the past few years and we already may have a waiting list.
I will hopefully have
to announce that Toledo will finally be opening it's first
coworking space in about a month. We are calling it Seed.

The space is almost completely renovated and the interest has been great.
