My numbers are quite close to Alex's we have 20 desk spaces and
100 members...so far, we've nerver been completely full, but we've
gotten close at times. I think we'd max out around 120...

I just want to clarify something - and apologies for being a bit
defensive. We (The Centre for Social Innovation) are the space that

third packages. That's generally what we do. We've also created "Team
Tables" - rather than individual desks, we have harvest tables around which

Interesting. Samir - do people consistently move their magnets in and out?
i.e., is it working?
We also have a magnetic board with pictures and project/org names, but i'm
not sure people would consistently use it to indicate their attendance.
And, while I agree with Alex Hillman, our philosophy
there. I can see how noise could be a greater concern if the
cafe was woven into the main workspace (though, of course, plenty of people
do work on the ground floor).
