libraries as rejected to be loaded by the kernel. The opencl library
will not be able to be loaded until Nvidia fixes it and until this is
done your only option is to revert to kernel 5.8.

Closing Google Chrome and running 'atrous' on gpu succeeds.
I have not been able yet to test whether enabled hardware optimization
in Google Chrome or not have any influence on this.
