lib/init/init-d-script,
but asks to source "/lib/lsb/init-functions" which is a different file.
See the description from `lintian-explain-tags init.d-script-does-not-

So overriding the warning would be bad.

You followed the instructions for "You can also use a shortcut for all
Salsa repositories:" from the Wiki page you linked. That shortcut is
"salsa:"
If you want to rewrite https://salsa.debian.org, you should follow the
instructions before that.

That doesn't seem correct, but you haven't really said much about what
you want to achieve. Why do both packages ship the same file? Are they
somehow related?
Ansgar
mentation doesn't matter to users and probably shouldn't be part
of a package's name for the same reason Policy recommends scripts in

I don't think collab-maint ever used to imply that there all people
using repositories in that project maintain all packages as a "team"?
Each package had its own group; there is no "collab maint team" (as one
can also tell from the "Maintainer" field).
Ansgar
building packages in clean environments (sbuild, pbuilder,
...) or using source-only uploads.
Ansgar
This means building the package will give different results depending
on dietlibc-dev installed or not? That shouldn't happen...
Please check via some other means that a build using dietlibc has been
requested; don't do different things just because a package happens to
be installed.
Ansgar

Yes, it's fine to upload packages to unstable again. Just remember to
coordinate transitions with the release team beforehand (if your package
would start a transition).
Ansgar

I think the boot-smoke test in the systemd source package does that.
At least it claims to check that rebooting 20 times works. The
autopkgtest documentation also mentions "needs-reboot".
