Sometimes, the same message goes through succcessfully on a subsequent
attempt.
We have never seen it with PDFs, BMPs, JPGs, or other common file types.
Only with server-generated RTFs and Word DOCs, and only with Imail.
If your users could handle going to the web interface and adding people they
would like whitelisted to their address book there, all you would need do
then is add AUTOWHITELIST ON to your one global config file. This way
they could whitelist anyone's e-mail address that they wished. Next

Probably very spammy, but there's a caveat to this one. The HELO can be
the computer name, and unless you are whitelisting SMTP AUTH, it would
likely trip sometimes, and maybe very often depending on naming
standards within a company. In the very least, this would not be a good

Neither Declude JunkMail nor Declude Virus will alter any attachments,
nor
will IMail (as far as I know). Given that it is only a problem in Word
format and not .ZIP, I would suggest looking to see if you have a
firewall
that may be interfering.
