tweaks are present. Jackd won't run in realtime even as root. It's very
easy to reproduce in Focal.

As a temporary fix, I found that you can scale the font size under Gnome
Tweaks -> Fonts. Setting the scaling factor to 1.25 seems to work well
for me, practically can't tell the difference.
