and SDDM starts without a cursor (even if I move the trackpad), the
cursor is there it's just not being rendered, when I log in then I get
the black elements in Plasma. However, if restart,change to a tty before

Actually this one is marked as fixed because it was indeed fixed several
years ago, but then the fix was lost (i.e. the patch not rewritten) when
a new version of gnome was released, "because" search is faster now,
which according to some nonsensical reasoning by those who don't
uderstand this

systems number of open files since it's set so low. I'd suggest 16384

That's some perfect timing since now it stopped working again

- The recovery mode workaround does not always work,I have no idea why
