You can also add the following after \usepackage{titlesec} to only apply
the patch when you're on the specific version of titlesec (which is what
I did on a shared project). Remove the \makeatletter and \makeatother
and change \usepackage to \RequirePackage when you're adding it to your
classfile

GTK Inspector Statistics tab non-functional

Confirmed on my Pro 5 with rc-proposed. I can never count on having a
data connection on my Pro 5 (rc-proposed) when I need it. Even if I do
get a mobile data connection, I can never count on it to last for long.
I find myself constantly toggling airplane mode off and on, sometimes it
helps,
