We'll have a TWS on Monday, January 30th at 10a pacific on how we can
enable some use cases that seem to require dynamic loading of YANG models
without needed them to be packaged in an OSGi bundle.
Long version:
During the Kernel projects call, we decided it would be good to go over the

to have a documentation hackfest as well. I'm not sure how easily I'm going
to be able to travel to set one up for it's own purpose, but I could
