Working fine for me. Try switching player directly to MySB.com, see if
it plays.
Also try looking at the LMS diagnostics. LMS icon in System Tray
Diagnostics, what is reported for ALL pings, ports, IP's?
Verified LMS has your correct MySB.com credentials?

If we had reliable usb we could use display link screens at least for

If you get an external server , get one that can transcode (x86 cpu ) .
The native ALAC support is a bit flaky the transcoded is more robust ,
as it is disabled by default in most server versions excepts when we
dont have any other options , on the Touch itself or similar cpu
