I saw an interesting study which tried different methods of obfuscation
on a honeypot website and measured resulting spam levels. They found
that something as simple as using a few entities (#x40; is @ for
example) in the email address would fool the harvester. This was a

I've seen exactly the same thing. Newly defined formats do not appear
immediately in the plugin's settings dropdown. I'm not sure what I did
to cause them to show up, but eventually they do.

Wireless is still pretty nascent technology, and its troubles are
compounded by the things you mention, as well as other things. People
expect their $25 USD routers/APs to perform magically, without
troubles, and then are mystified by the occurrence of dropouts and

This struck a chord with me. I have 3 squeezeboxes and the same router
(DSL-G604T). Two out of the three work without a hitch. The third one
refuses to detect the network. It finds the SSID no problem.
It has the same problem as yours in that the wireless strength drops to

it in a magical space where it suddenly connects, even though signal
strenth is 40%+. When connected, it usually goes to 0%, then 100%,
