I bought one white SB3. About 6 months later I noticed, on the picture on the web site, that the white SB3 comes with a white remote. Sure enough, I looked in the box, there it was unused. I'd never noticed it was white. Never took it out of the box. Saved on batteries, I guess. --

I can certainly try some server/network health tests. Tech support also recommended a factory reset, can't hurt. interference from a new applicance (yours or a neighbours), relative positioning Would this apply with my wired SB1 install, or are you perhaps thinking I am running wireless?
