Archmago's blog includes measurement of the effects of things like power

differences can be measured
You need to read Audiomuse's blog and do some double blind testing! ;-D

As I understand it the S/PDIF is on the carrier card of the wandboard.
Since CSP1/2 are only going to use the CPU card you should be fine.

Hi Johna,
the DAC board that is being developed is a carrier card for the
Wandboard CPU card at the moment (SWAMP0.5 and CSP1). It is still
undecided whether the CPU card will be used on the 'release' version of
the DAC board (CSP2 ie the non-beta version) comes out, but that is a
little bit off
So a preliminary version of my FAQ is here:
https://www.dropbox.com/s/jviweuxfhclckv6/Community%20Squeeze%20FAQs.pdf
I am waiting on a couple of clarifications so I'll update it as I get
them. If anyone has any suggestions/edits/ corrections then let me
know.

Future have them
http://uk.futureelectronics.com/en/technologies/development-tools/microcontroller-microprocessor/multimedia/Pages/4030639-WBDUAL.aspx?IM=0
it says they are in stock (but I believe that's US stock they ship over
on receipt of order). Note you need to buy the PSU and Antenna
I like 3 then 2 then 1. I am a fan of the non-flashy also, but like
'classic' fonts that hopefully will not age (like the one in no. 1
IMHO). I think logo2 could be improved by centralising the type face
also but maybe that's just me.

Just found another bug (which was probably in earlier versions also). I
have some CD's for my kids with the genre 'Children's Music'. This genre
doesn't display in the quickref or the Album Catalog.

look a lot cleaner if these albums just showed the track
names rather than 'Various Artists - Three Little Speckled Frogs' (Which
is a killer tune by the way ;-D

have the album art in each folder as well which I could
use but it's in the format Artist - Album.jpg. Is this format supported
in the Alternative coverart filename option? If so how do I enter it?
Thanks

that doesn't
work either. I tried 'Artist - album.jpg' but I still get some art work
shown and others missed. Just to clarify, my art files are named like
'Alanis Morissette - The Collection.jpg.
Anything else I can try?
