I bought the Squeemote ipod touch app (£4.99) before knowing that ipeng existed. I love Squeemote apart from one thing, it doesn't seem to be able to disregard The in band names therefore all bands with The appear under 'T' in the alpha sort list !!! Does ipeng do anything that should tempt me

It only supports the old mms transport protocol and not http. The mms protocol has been deprecated by Microsoft and even WMP12 will not play it. It has been stated many times that mms will not be supported. All the station broadcasting has to do is check a box on their software to support http.
