computer interfaced to a Yaesu FT-920. If I double-click on a spot that is
working split, I noticed that the mode on VFO-B doesn't get properly set.
VFO-A has no problem. Is this an oversight in
I recently had this question: With an Icom 765, when I mouse on a CW DX
spot, the wide filter is automatically selected. I wanted the narrow
filter to be selected in this case, so the question was: How to do that?
Here's how I accomplished it with the Icom 765.
1. In the DX4WIN/SAVE directory, I
When DX4WIN sets the mode on my 765 as the result of mousing on a DX spot
for a CW station, the mode is set to CW OK, but with the wide filter.
Anyone know if the rig is capable of having DX4WIN select the narrow filter
at the same time, and what is the change required to do that? Thanks.

Check the section "Radio Port Lines" in your DX4WIN setup parameters. Check
the box "RTS High".
I run my 765 at 9600 - no reason to run it any slower than that.

I have an ICOM 765 that used to work with DX4WIN 4.08 and my last computer
running NT 4.0
I still have the ICOM 765 but changed computers and upgraded to 5.03. I
still run NT 4.0.
My problem is that I can no longer get the computer to key the rig when

The issue of losing telnet spot connections has been discussed in a recent

Hello all
I am using LogPlus right now but think of changing to DX4WIN.
Can DX4WIN handle two or more callsigns, I use SM4W in contest and SM4WGB
outside contest?
Can I log exact frequency, like 14.225, or can I only note which band I am on?
I have tried to import my log from LogPlus in the demo v

HelloI've been using DX4WIN now for a few months and have succesfully
imported about 30 contest files from CT and NA in to DX4WIN. However, I'm
having a problem now and can't seem to figure it out. I think I had a simlar
problem about a month ago when I imported a file and finally hit on t
Is it possible to convert an Excel spreadsheet for importing into DX4WIN? I
did not see that particular option.
Tnx
After the recent JIDX contest I used LogConv (v1.73b) to convert my TR Log
to ADIF format in preparation for import to DX4WIN. I like to have all my
log data together in one place.
I set up a new log in DX4WIN to test the import rather than bringing the
contest data directly into my everyday log.
