When you have the QSOs you want to delete in the logbook window, click on
*QSO* in the logging window and choose *Multiple QSOs operations* (rar down
in the list) and then choose *Delete QSOs* (in the bottom of the list).

You may do a filter with just group names and group numbers . Export it and
open the file in Excel. Sort them and remove duplicates. Then you will have

For those who might have other suggestions Daniel has an issue with DX4Win not
supporting the report sent and received fields being output in the ADIF file
from his contest logger. (Sent Received Numeric/Alpha)
Daniel, the problem is that DX4WIN supports ADIF level 1 and does not recognize

I have tried to configure RTTY and it seems to transmit.

No it's not. But they do expire from the bandmap.

I have no problems doing this. Neiter with going through the menu nor
using F9. However, after clicking OK in the NO MATCH FOUND window my
logbook entry window still retained the serched call.
Am using DX4WIN 8.05 and Widows XP.

Could you not change the Group Number for non-current Groups to a value
over 253 freeing up some lower numbers to use as default?

I use the MicroHam Microkeyer which works great and forever solves CW
timing problems. I have also used the FTDI chipset with Vista though not

with his logging program... which means it will work with any.

Some of the older Icoms won't work with the cheap CT-17 substitutes that
are not using RS232 levels. If it's a CT-17 or anything using a MAX232
chip it should work fine. I used 9600 baud, 1 stop bit and a 1000ms
polling rate with 4 retries for years. Don't try polling too fast, the
older rigs
I think the issue I had was a corrupt report file. I just deleted
dx4win.iep but that was at least one version back.

It's because you have worked him before. Marking it as invalid doesn't
change that. Either delete it since the contact didn't happen or change
it to 9m2ax/NG and put a note for the QSO
