Hey all,
At request from some of the reader of this list I added three more
browsers to the matrix.
Win32 Netscape 4.76
Win32 Netscape 6.0
Win32 Mozilla 0.7
These will be the last browsers added until I get the database backend
done. I would still like feedback on other browsers people wish

Need to add these to CVS and your compatability matrix. It's in the
distribution, but no example is included for it. Hence it tends to be the

These other widgets will be put into a separate section and you are
right they will not be as easy to maintain. I am mostly intersted in
presenting the functionality of the examples provided in the API across
the different browsers. If a widget is built from features that show up

Yes, this is planned. I'll make a method for authors to enter their own
widgets. Then they, myself, or others will be able to help gather the
evaluation data.

I'll get 4.76 and 6 on there today. I would be interested in other

The matrix does include the main widgets included with the DynAPI. If
you try to include other widgets then it will be hard to maintain.
The widgets included in the DynAPI are updated along with the DynAPI
so it is easier to maintain.
The widgets included are a good example of the functionality

I tried it with setting mylayer.css.padding=15 and that works..
so possible fontFamily can't be changed.

DOM compliance is what we want aswell, and Mozilla is the subject of our
tests.. if Konqueror supports full DOM, it will be compatible

I guess you are referring to NS4 when you are talking about the scrollbars
not appearing.
There is one way around this. Add a listener that sets the
"document.width" value. This is a slight fix. It allows you to increae
the document size but not decrease it.
Dave Waller wrote:

Very nice work. The bulk of the IE Mac issues are in dynamically sized
panels and stem from incorrect width and heigth calulations, returns 0.
DynImage seems to be problematic as well. Using dynimage with imagebutton
was what was causing event errors.
