We use easybuild with an hierarchical naming scheme. I have build
scipy-0.16.1-intel-2015b-Python-2.7.10.eb (EB 2.6) and when doing a module

-bash-4.2$ module spider scipy/0.16.1-Python-2.7.10

This will hide icc/ifort by default and they won't show up in your spider
output...but doing this means you need to rebuild your module tree (you only
need new modules, --module-only, the software installations themselves are fine)

a reason for this? If not I can do the “upgrade” to Plumed 2.4.0 in the
current develop and master branch (3 configs). I intend
Hi,
I am currently installing tensorflow via easybuild (I assume many of us do
these days) and am trying to understand EasyBuild’s ideas on toolchains
supporting cuda.
I looked at TensorFlow-1.5.0-goolfc-2017b-Python-3.6.3.eb, which builds ontop
of a toolchain containing GCC, Cuda (installed
Hi,
I am having issues build Python 2.7.14 for intel 2017b on two installations.
It fails the sanity check of the paramiko extension.I have no issues

Hi,
I tried to search for documentation regarding the new Java handling. All I
found is
https://easybuild.readthedocs.io/en/latest/Wrapping_dependencies.html?highlight=java,
which doesn’t quite tell me how I should do this.
This is the first time I want to install software using the new Java

Hi,
This is more an Lmod than an Easybuild question, I hope it still ok to ask

that needs running when the module is unloaded or purged.

Are there any EasyBuild related activities planed for ISC in Frankfurt? I
searched this email list and the BoF program, but couldn’t get anything obvious.
