You might check the PIN diode T/R switch. The high attenuation in RX mode
and no output power even when the 100 W PA is bypassed suggest that one or
more of the PIN diodes in the T/R switch have failed "open."

intended to reveal low resistance paths that should not be present (for
example, solder bridges), and your measured values are far from short

K2 manual's procedures for alignment, then re-did them last summer with
Spectrogram. I can't claim any dramatic performance improvements except that
