PTT RLS is the delay between you releasing the PTT and the K3 changing
from TX to RX. It is used in ARQ data modes such as Amtor or Pactor to
allow time to clear the data from the TX (DSP introduces delays in the
K3 IF). The values are in milliseconds, typically set to 012 for using
an SCS PTC

Similar behavior here with K3 #202. However it only happens when in VOX
mode... not in PTT mode. No ERR TXF or END displayed. Red Tx LED is on
for about 1 second, probably less. I do see a jump in amps on the K3

your PC in DATA mode. Quit the program first then switch to AM.

I was operating on 80M this evening and noticed that I wasn't getting
full power out. Sometimes if I transmitted a carrier, I would get

Yes, VOX is remembered by mode. Switch to the mode you wish (I assume
CW) and hold the VOX button - it is a toggle, same action to turn it
