The last message posted to the elecraft-dev list was in January. I tried
posting a few days ago and my post never appeared.
Has that reflector been shut down? If it has, what is the appropriate
forum for asking K3/K3S related programming questions?

I normally use the mail-archive.com Web site to view the Elecraft Email
List. I also get the Digest via email with a group of recent submittals.
I have noticed that some of the emails I see in the Digest are NOT in
mail-archive.com, but are in nabble.com. For example, Wayne submitted,

I personally believe RS-232 is better.
It is far more universal

When you're paying many thousand $$$ for an amp, the cost of an extra
port seems negligible.
