Yes, i thought that too, i did that because i had the script saved in an email, because one of the guys helped me to create it... so the script was always the same, so i thought that the problem could be in the file itself, or in the sintax of the python script due to spaces or copying problems.

I'm not an expert but in the hal file when you set the feedback and the scale for the W axis you used the pin axis.8.motor-pos-fb but i understand that W is the number 9 axis. I'm not sure if that affects the correct operation of the axis, but something similar happened to me. I hope i can help
