That should work fine. If you want to mess around with the hm2-eth ethernet driver, the Gigabyte J1900N-D3V has dual Ethernet ports, but no LPT port. The board got a lot of bad reviews for some early bios firmware that was bad. The F3 version of the firmware is fine. Debian 7 and Ubuntu 14.0
