Does Sheetcam show these toolpaths, if not, have you set the G-code that
tell the CNC to follow the exact toolpath, because it can round corners to
maintain speed/acceleration in certain cases.. unledd you set the exact
G-code... cant remember what the number is...

To eliminate the questions about the direction pin timing, I resoldered the
steppers so that the conf of EMC were not using inverted pins, not that it
changed anything in my case.. but I may not have been suffering from the
symptoms you describe.

The leads woing to the coild should definately read far less than 80kOhm..
imagine you just want 1 Amp in that coil, you would have to have the voltage
on the leads of 80.000 volts..
It should be below 1 ohm I would assume.
To accurately measure ohm at that magnitude, you do it by applywing a

You probably want to find the arc center first.
