[EVDL] 72v charger is really 71.4 20s lifepo4 solution found.

It seems that with LiFePO4 a specific voltage charger is needed. 20 cells require 71.4. This seems to match the BMS of 20s and what the spec sheet for A123 M1 cells is. I am not sure if there is a better option for buying in the USA.  Everything seems to be made in Asia. I couldn't find a single
