I have lots of theoretical and secondhand experience in upgrading Exchange
clusters. Other than the technet type gotchas, I'm not aware of any common

First, what kind of cost are we talking about? Exchange routing or Mx
record? If it's the former, cost is one of the last things evaluated in
determining message routing, so a cost of 1 or 100 probably doesn't make too
