First note that the boss actually doesn't have an exchange mailbox, Exchange forwards
his mail to an external pop account.
So this is what needs to happen:

I does spend quite of bit of time with installing Windows 2K
and DNS [you have to get it right]; if you haven't done that,
try it at home first.
