I've done a restore of an Exch 5.5 DB from NT4 to a differnt Win2K box, but never after AD was in place... Didn't have any real trouble with it... Don't think AD would be too much of a problem though since Exch 5.5 isn't AD aware and should just try to talk to the AD like an NT4 domain...
