Bless you for your love and help to Spanky. What a lesson in love these
little ones bring us. I'm sorry you have to endure the loss of a beloved
friend. May your memories of good times with Spanky help heal your heart.
And may Spanky's transition be an easy and blissful one.

Stacy, I was saddened to read that Spanky has crossed the Rainbow Bridge. We
love them, care for them and in the end let them go. You did everything you
could for Spanky. In the end you gave him the greatest gift possible - freedom
from pain.
You are in our thoughts and prayers

Sherry, Stacy and everyone elseI am so saddened by your losses. I've lost 2
in the past 2 months, Celery and Seymour. Now there are only 3 left, and I hate
wondering when the next one will go. I've lost five positives in 2010 - let's
hope 2011 will be a slightly happier year.
Trust your instincts.and that kitten, even if it has a short life,
would love to live with you and Whimsy. It takes a lot of guts and a
really big heart to take on a positive..and those who do are
rewarded with the best of love from the little ones.

I'm sorry you have suffered the loss of so many of your friends. But what a
wonderfully caring person you are to take these little beings under your
wing, to provide for and love them and try to make what days they have on
this plane comfortable and happy.
Peace to you -- and wishes
Stacy,
I have not read the FeLV site emails in months, but had time to read Spanky's
whole story today. I just saw this email come up, right after reading your
story, and I'm so sorry to hear about your loss. I was wow'ed while reading by
your perseverance and love for Spanky. I'm dealing

thanks, everyone. I will go with what feels right.
I met the sweet kitten today - she currently has a URI; there was also
confusion about her status - she won't be retested (ELISA) until the end of
Jan; there were no plans there to get her the IFA, and they didn't seem to know
about it. No
Dear Stacy,
I am so sorry to hear about Spanky!
I consider myself so lucky that my two boys are doing exceptionally well;
every time I hear of one of the FeLVs passing in this group, I am reminded
of it and also know that one day, I, too, will have to face it. In the
meantime, I have some very
