I can see both sides of the issue. However, being the softy that I am, I would
have trouble aborting the kits. My Tigger and Taylor are the offspring of a
feral mom. I guess that's why I feel the way I do. Good luck with the little
girl Terrie and let us know how it goes.

Terrie,
Bless you for taking this little one in and giving her
the care she deserves. She's a lucky girl to have
found you. To spay/abort or not is a personal choice.
You just have to do what you think is right for new
kitty. I think either way, whatever kitties remain
will be loved and cared
i concur...that just makes good sense. mama kitty was pregnant with 12 (yes
TWELVE) babies when she decided she would live here. i wouldn't trade all
the time i had with her for anything in this world. she had them on my
porch. all of her babies were negative too. when it came time to

i've never had to face the late spay question, and i'm not sure what choice
i'd make; with early pregnancies i go with i can handle what a large
sanctuary (not the one i worked has) has made their philosophy: if they
aren't born, they won't be.

Hi all,

I'm going to trap her and put her on my back porch so she can tame down. Also
have her babies safely. She is just a tiger strip kitty and very small. I
have named her Little Girl
My question is Can she be

I see you haven't removed the invisible sign welcoming wayward ones from
your front lawn :-) . I Googled your question about worming pregnant
cats and got conflicting answers. If it where me, esp given her age and
circumstance, I'd have her spayed and the kittens aborted. It may sound
harsh,

Terrie,
I disagree with aborting kittens unless you absolutely have no option. When
I adopt kittens too young to be altered, the spay/neuter is included in the
adoption fee and must be done at my vet. Bingo, if they are late getting them
fixed I know it since I havent gotten a bill from my
