veterinary board of medicine and I spoke with a lady who said they DO
have to turn them over no later than 15 business days from the time of
the written request, I just wrote Terrie with all the info.

different laws, in Washington they have to by law turn them over with a
written request within 15 business days, of course that won't stop them
from omitting things or changing things.
