That's a UI bug in the installer, related to the size of the Garritan

My experience is that drummers like *everything* in their part written the same
layer -- hihat/cymbal, snare, toms, bass drum, etc -- all with stems up. It's
much easier to see how things line up that way. Most drumers do not like having
the part separated into multiple layers.

not help. You need to rebuild your prefs.

being located off-screen, while a sensible conclusion, is mistaken. More pixels
won't help. He needs to rebuild his prefs.

It's probably easier to just lower the expression baselines globally (they are
set far too high by default). The Entry Offset will take care of collisions
with high notes if it's set correctly.
