It started well.
SenecaII is mostly transparent (already noticed by other people).
No shadows.

I checked out the latest svn plib and compiled it and recompiled
simgear. I still get the same error. Without the ---with-jpeg-factory,
simgear compiles OK, but then the cvs flightgear won't compile. It
appears that an include .h file is missing causing the undefined
variables. Where to

Compiling FG
Had a lot of trouble getting fgfs compiled. So here is an outline for
others.
1. update svn plib and compile
2. download and compile OSG with FG patches (tar ball), follow
README.txt
3. new checkout of cvs simgear to new location - make sure NOT to use
--with-jpeg-factory with

I tested both 0.9.10 PPC / Universal. Sun itself seems rendered same
on two versions.
But surrounding light ('flare'?) doesn't seem rendered correctly.
